by mistake i locked my VirginMobile Samsung Intercept and i sent an e-mail to virgin mobile asking for help & they replied to these steps:
-If you know the Gmail account information, proceed.
- Click Home > Settings > Privacy > Factory Default Reset
i did log into my google account but i cant find "Factory Default Reset"....i cant find it under 'settings' or 'privacy'...can someone help me find "factory default reset"! pleeeeasssee!
