I am currently getting ready to build my first PC and just wanted to get some feed back on the parts ive picked out.

I know an OK amount about computers but almost nothing about the processors and motherboards.

I want it to be a sick gaming rig that will last me for a good long while.
I've picked out every piece I want but only need advice on a couple.

Motherboard

I recently installed a 550w power supply in my current PC and would just like to be able to carry that over, but I am not sure if it will be enough to handle this stuff.

Along with the Heat sink on the CPU....
Also going to be grabbing a 1TB hd

I'm also carrying over the 2 disk drives from my current pc as well as picking up a new one with all the dual layer buring support etc.

The CPU and Mobo were paired together as a deal so I would assume it would be a decent choice for what I want to go for.

Anyway any advice that you can give me would be truly appreciate, I just would hate to get all the stuff I want and then find out its not going to work for some reason.
