Ok, so I'm working on a book that has a lot to do with Gods and Goddesses and two main Realms, the Mortal and God Realms. I'm having difficulty portraying one of my Goddesses right. She's the Goddess of War. I know most of her characteristics already, but need help thinking of things she can do (everyday things, mostly) that will portray her attitude and outlook on the world. They don't have to be anything major, just little things, like habits (intentional habits or not) and stuff like that.
Her character traits are these:
Knows only hate, anger, greed, blood lust, and the passion for battle.
Selfish and arrogant.
Can be patient when she wants to, but usually isn't.
Is always eager for a fight.
Would never run from a fight even if she knows she can’t win. (it's just too much fun)
Despises all that is good. Like life, peace, kindness, mercy etc, because she gains power from war and she thinks that war can only exist without good things.
Despises weak things (alive or otherwise)
Disrespectful to everyone (even those that are more powerful than her).
Just so you know, she goes through a big change throughout the telling of the story, but right now i'm having a hard time getting her character right and can't continue without some good ideas.
If you have any suggestions about portraying her, I would appreciate it!
