can someone help me with my prescription contact Lens trouble?

basically im trying to order my contact lenses online from the specsavers website but i just realized that the details i have on my prescription is different to what theyr asking for... on my prescription it says for the right eye

Sph...-0.75
Cyl...-1.25
Axis... 87.0

and for the left eye

Sph...-1.25
Cyl...-0.75
Axis...75.0

and on the website it asks for
base curve
diameter
sphere
