I have to make one but the teacher didn't explain anything to us. She just made us copy what she did so nobody knows what we're meant to do. I'm having a lot of problems.

I need it to be a liquid layout, and it would be good if it all fit on one page. I've tried to achieve this but I think it's wrong. :S If somebody could tell me why it doesn't look the way I pictured it in my head, that would be wonderful. Thanks in advance.
