...time! thanks!? regarding the difficulty I have been having with my History Essay. I have done a few hours worth of research for the essay over the past few days, and I believe I am ready to start putting my thoughts down on paper. However, I am having quite a hard time developing a thesis. The following is the prompt for my essay: "What was the purpose of the 'Games', (e.g., theaters, stadiums and amphitheater spectacles), and how were they used in governing the Empire of Rome? Reference existing archaeological evidence, (ancient texts, mosaics, paintings, architecture, et al), and consider the relativity of these forms of entertainment and in many cases justice, to today's world. Include at least three qualifying examples.Also, if you have any more ideas regarding additional recourses I could use that would be great!
