Can someone help me with a Honda 400 motor?

wow dude that engine is messed up and if you have no idea what you are doing then you are in for a mess. Take it to someone who knows what they are doing unless you feel brave then start with the bolts on top of the cylinder, and go from there.
 
I have a 1980 Honda CM400e. It's got a locked up motor. I have several questions.
1: How do I open the head?
2: What do I do when it's open?
3: How do I use that stuff in the tube that makes a gasket?
4: Once I do... Whatever it is that I do... How do I hotwire it? (no ignition)
5: I can pull in the clutch, but it won't release. The cable is hooked up and the little thing on the engine moves when I pull it. How do I fix this?
