Can someone help me with a chemistry problem involving moles and grams?

I just want to know if I have the correct answer to this problem. I'm afraid I'm doing the whole worksheet wrong. Here is the question...

Aluminum oxide, Al2O3, is made by combining 5g of aluminum with oxygen, O2. How much oxygen is needed in moles? Grams?

The reaction for the experiment I got was 2Al+3O2=Al2O3
My answer was 0.3 moles or 9.6g. Is it right? Thanks for helping out! I'm new to chemistry. If I did this correctly, it means that I'm doing all the other problems the correct way.
