I have hosting, MySQL, and a domain, but I need help making a website similar to HabboUSM.com (You don't need to know anything about habbo to help me, just PhP, or what ever the site is ran by). Some other information. I'd like to be able to create accounts (Only I can) so the people with accounts can go on and edit the ranks and such.
