Can someone help me find a retro PC game from the 90's-ish -- called "Robo"?

I have been searching for ages for an old retro computer game that I used to play in the 90's on Windows. It was a game called "Robo" to the best of my knowledge, but is NOT the one that comes up when searched for on google.

This game didn't have much in the way of graphics - I'm talking like, 2D Donky Kong or Super Mario graphics - it always had a black backdrop, with barriers and whatnot. You guided a robot (with the arrow keys) that looked like R2D2 with eyes, and had to avoid obstacles and navigate many levels in a puzzle-style manner. I think the goal was to get from one side of the level to another area, but I could be mistaken. I recall lasers and there being other "monsters", but the most memorable "monster" to avoid were these giant, incredibly fast-moving eyeballs that darted around and would kill you if they touched you.

Can someone help me find this retro game? I would be SO incredibly grateful! Sorry if this is vague, I hope it's enough detail to go by...
