It sounds as though your Voyager might be equipped with the Mitsubishi 2.4L? 4 cylinder engine, if you are asking about a carburetor. You will find it has many rivets preventing easy disassembly and was known for being very troublesome and complicated. I would encourage you to find a carburetor shop willing to overhaul the carb for you. That can be quite a challenge. Back in the day, the few remaining carb shops wouldn't touch this one and we had to buy one from Mopar parts for almost a thousand bucks. Many Mitsu-equipped Voyagers and Caravans were scrapped over carburetor and timing chain issues, years ago. If your car still runs, I wouldn't touch the carb, unless absolutely necessary. If you can still find one of these in the salvage yard, you could get a used carb and see if it is any better. Good luck. You'll need it with the Mitsubishi 2.4L engine with a carb.
