I'm not sure about the title of the book or even the author, but I can remember the cover. It had a boy with cat-eyes and I believe he was wearing a collar. It was science-fiction. I found it when I was browsing Barnes and Nobles. It was about a boy who, I'm guessing had cat-like abilities and I think he lived on a boat or something. Can anyone help?
