I forgot to mention, just in case this was not obvious, i want to know about the quality of the computer program(s) they have there, nothing else really matters because i am not going into anything else, but i have yet to decide on what i want to do in computers so any and all info will be greatly appreciated... thanks! 
I live in wheaton, Maryland and I got into all the colleges I applied to... including one i didn't lol... problem was I just did not have the money to go to any of em (maryland, towson, baltimore... etc) the fafsa says my family makes too much money but my parents do not have any money to give to me for college so wherever i go, I am taking out a loan... now the deadlines for those colleges have passed but since i wanted hands on learning anyways and I have always been into computers (comptia A+, net+, server+, and security+ certified) i want to know which college i should go to... there are 3 in particular that I have in mind and they all have no app deadline so even if i choose now i should be good... at the very least ima try anyways
They are:
ITT Technical Institute in chantilly, VA or springfield, VA
TESST College in beltsville, MD
Lincoln Tech in columbia, MD
My top priority is the quality of education, i am certified but i have lost alot of my knowledge of the years... and i need a program that will nail it right into my head
Secondly its money, i need to know how much these are gonna cost, not including housing if applicable because im staying at home
finally its credit transfer and job placement... i still plan on going to maryland since i already know i can get in there anyways so i want the credits i earn to be useable there, just in a couple years, but in the off chance i say screw it and start workin after 2 years i wanna know how good the job placement is at the school...
Please help me out, i only have a couple weeks before schools start up and i have been racking my mind as to what to do... thanks to everyone in advance
