I'm thinking of the simple training programmes that give a list of exactly what to do and for how long, for example skipping for 10 mins, 20 clap press ups, 100 crunches on the BOSU, 3 mins jabs on the punch bag, then x number of chin ups, 3 mins low kicks etc. Want something to boost my cardio, strength and speed ideally so not sure if its ideal to do all three in a single training session. Something that I can build up and see improvements on over time would be best.
Plus I am also interested in joining a muay thai class, but I'm scared that if I go in the beginners I will be the oldest one there (mid 20's) and although I dont mind getting my ass kicked a bit I dont want to get teeth knocked out or break any bones in my hands as it means I can work.
thats supposed to say cant work*
