Can someone give me the name of a good lounge in NY to have my 28th bday party?

It's for a saturday night and only about a gathering of maybe 6-8 people. So probably looking for some place that has bottle service in order to have a place to sit down, or a place that you can sit down w/o having to buy a bottle =) and a place with a mix of hip hop, r&b and reggae music. I have been to a few different spots in the city but none really struck me as a place I would care to go back to.

Kiss & Fly is a popular club, ive never been though. Negril is smaller, but they play the type of music you're interested in.
