Can someone give me some advice! "Violent images"?!?

the book seems to actually be fairly average and the line isn't so bad- maybe it just triggered a fear inside of you that you- or possibly someone else- might one day kill your parents or your friends-

if you love your parents then don't worry about it and don't doubt it- even if they were to one day be struck down i'm sure it won't be you so you have nothing to worry about
 
Last week I was reading a book and it said "The worst emotion we can have is fear" and suddenly for some unknown reason I thought of all the times I violent images in my head.

Long before this incident, rarely, not all the times, when I pick up a dangerous or seems to be a dangerous object I imagine killing the closest person next to me with it and as quick as that imagine would appear it would disappear and i never thought about it. Sometimes it was a friend or my parents depending who is closest to me (like literally closest). To make my story more clear I'm gonna call this incident "violent images"

So after I read that line I thoguht about the violent images I had with my parents. and it totally stressed me out. because I never hurt them and never even thoguht about killing or will i ever, until i read that line in the book. and it made me think so much about why i had those violent images especially with my parents.

im stressing out so much on it.

what do you guys think?

and no i never had a bad childhood with my parents. they love me and i love them. and my childhood has been great.
