I've been having subway for lunch/dinner for the last few days, and i'm wondering if it's a bad thing. There was an ad on tv about a guy who went on this "Subway diet" and lost heaps of weight... could i do the same? Or is it going to be bad for me in the long run?
I usually get a meatball sub, with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, carrot and gherkin, with honey mustard sauce.
Is this a bad choice of a sub if this actually could work?
Has anyone had any experience with this so called "Subway Diet"?
