Can someone give me detailed instructions on how to replace the motor mounts on

a 1995 ford Taurus with 3.0 L? Engine. I have purchased the motor mounts but I am unsure how to proceed. The Haynes Ford Taurus a Mercury sable repair manual is not very clear; there are no diagrams to show me what I'm looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I cannot afford to take the vehicle to a shop to get it repaired.
