In my book, these fighters/warriors called Consors, people who fight along side an animal partner that they can communicate silently with, live in small groups in different places around the world. I wanted to call them institutes because they are trained and live there but my plot is already somewhat similiar to the City of Bones book (just a few creatures in it) and it already uses institute frequently. Any ideas for another word? Thanks!
