Can someone give me a good diet and exercise program for me to lose weight in the

next 2 weeks? :)? Hello i really want to start making a c hnage to my diet and start exercising again , lose some weight :)
i want to get my diet inbetween the 500 -1000 cal mark
i try and jog twice a day, but does anyone have any other good exercise suggestions that make you lose weight :)
i am very determind to shift some pounds :D
