Can someone give me a brief pro and con of a Honda Cruiser and CBR 600 F4i?

I just keep going back and forth on what to get. ONe side tells me I want to be able to take long rides, and the other tells me that i want performance and agility.

Is one more reliable than the other?

If you need to ask this question then you shouldn't be getting the CBR, because they are designed and built by and for experts, who already know the answer. Check the links below, then go for the cruiser.

A Honda cruiser will give the ability to ride longer, with agility, and performance that is exciting. I have an '84 Honda Magna, and I have to ride by myself since most of my friends ride on bikes that aren't built for comfort at all, just performance. The end result is they are done after maybe 90 minutes, and I am just getting to the county line 2 counties over. The performance is thrilling, but it only lasts for a short time. A cruiser will thrill, be comfortable, and give you an enjoyable riding experience for far longer than the CBR.

instead of a cruiser and a full blow out racing crotch rocket why not compromise and go with a naked sport bike, such as a Honda 599, 919, or VFR800 Interceptor?
or a Suzuki SV650S, V Strom 650-1000
Yamaha FZ6-FZ1
Kawasaki Ninja 650-Versys
