Check ebay for service manuals for that vintage. Do a websearch for a service manual for the machine. They are still out there. See if a Honda dealership thats local has an old one they would sell if they are not using it. There are ways.
Now as to your other question-I am confused-of course the pull starter is connected to the crank shaft. It generally is held on by a woodruff key. It will require a specialty puller to remove it, perhaps you can make one if you know the bolt size that fits on the end of the crank. The flywheel is the larger pieces, generally shaped something LIKE wheels attached to the crank. Generally the pistons are connected to the crank between the flywheels with connecting rods So I am not quite sure just what you are asking how to remove.
