Can someone figure out what my semester grade will be?

I'm kind of freaking out about going to summer school because math is my worst subject, I'm currently getting a C(74%) in the class and I had a B-(82%) in the 3rd quarter. I'm just worried if I fail my math final I'm going to have to attend summer school, but maybe I'm just freaking out. My final exam is worth 20% of my grade and my third and fourth quarter grades are 80%. Can someone figure out whats the lowest score I can get on the final exam without getting a 65% which I'm not sure if that's s D ran F but whatever. Thanks
