law? And what can I do if victimized? They have nearly hit my vehicle on several occasions. They don't use turn signals or obey traffic laws. I have even seen them speeding through parking lots without giving a thought to the people driving or walking there. Who all do you call when you see this kind of unsafe behavior?(by the way, I refuse to use tow truck drivers for anything. I change my own tires, or rent a car trailer and have my vehicle moved.)
