law is?My husband passed away4 yrs...? My husband passed away 4 yrs ago March 2010. She has mentally abused them about telling them things about there father and they believed that they could dig him up out of the ground, that they are not allowed to call my fiance dad that I have been with since the youngest was 2yrs old. She also talked bad about me and my family, which has been helping to support me and my children for the last 4yrs. She pocketed the life insurance policy money and never helped a drop!! When I had no money for diapers with 2 children in diapers!! She never lifted a finger and tried me make more problems. Please someone help me to what I can do! I have been letting her see them everyother saturday for a few hrs for the last couple of yrs on and off. She threatens me with a lawyer and says she can get me for more with the kids if she takes me to court. If not partical custody. I don't trust here!!! She told my youngest that he needs to go on a diet because he is overweight and he now won't eat for me and can't afford for him to get sick!! She don't want any time with my son just my daughter. She is not the nicest to the youngest. Makes him cry and leaves him with other people. Can I make it stop? Can I stop any visitation?! If I can prove the above, will it hold up in court if I have to go?
