Can someone explain Third Position economics in brief?

Can you briefly explain how it works?

And why it's related to fascism? I know various strong-right organizations support it, but why?

(Sorry to ask an Economics question in the Politics section - I asked there first but Economics is in with Social Sciences meaning all the people talking about bullshit, and I quote "What color do guys think looks sexiest on a girl?" So no one knows anything.)
