We were told that we would close within 60 days and was wondering what typically can hold up the process? FYI, we are buying a Freddie Mac home, so I understand the process takes a bit longer, I just wanted a breakdown of the entire process and what could possibly hold up the closing. It took them 3 weeks to get us an executed contract!
