I had started taking Calcium a few months back because I am turning 40 and doc said that is a good age to start, especially being that I don't drink milk and I don't eat much food with calcium in it because of my kidney stones....Which now I have found out, that I can take calcium with my kidney stones, because it is oxalates that I can't have, it has nothing to do with calcium......

Anyway, I was taking the calcium for a few weeks a few months ago and I stopped taking it because I forgot to take it....Well in the meantime of taking it, I didn't put two and two together......But my elbow had started to hurt me, it would hurt when I put it in certain uses and bends.

Well the pain had gone away which I was very happy......

I started taking the calcium again and I took it yesterday and the day before, I haven't taken it yet as I take it in the evening with my dinner.

Well the pain is back.......

Could this be in conjunction with taking the calcium or is it just a fluke that my elbow is hurting again?

I am also taking Glucosamine along with this, because I do have knee problems and arthritis in my fingers.......

Does anyone think this has to do with it? Should I stop taking the calcium and see if this is it or just keep taking it.........

The soreness in my elbow can be pretty excrutiating especially when I am carrying something or just move my elbow in a direction where it hurts.......

I would love to keep taking the calcium, but now I don't know what to do.....

I have lost my insurance so I can't even go into my doctor about this......

I have done some searches on the web, but you know how that goes?????

Thanks in advance for any answers
