Okay, so I know it sounds like a really dumb question but I have to ask it simply cuz my friend planted the seed of doubt in me.
She told me about how a couple she knew tried for a long period of time to get pregnant and never used condoms. Eventually someone told them (idk if she said their doctor or someone else) to temporarily abstain from sex because according to this person when a female's body interacts for a long period of time with the same sperm, the female's body becomes "immune" to that sperm".
According to the story, the couple followed the advice and when they finally resumed their sexual activity she was able to get pregnant.
Is that possible? For a woman to become immune to their partner's sperm because of so much unprotected sex????
