this person is charged with a felony(intoxication assault) they already have a record as well...they didn't show up in court for the arraignment so they had a warrant out for their arrest.well they got caught and now they are in jail.but can someone bail out for those kind of charges or do they maybe have to stay in jail until they talk to a judge.
Can someone bail out of jail if they failed to appear in court?
