Can someone answer my questions about summer camps?

I have never been to a summer camp before and I thought that maybe being a camp counselor would help me make peace with my lost childhood.

1. What is it like being a camp counselor?

2. How do you become a camp counselor?

3. What are the usual requirements for being a camp counselor?

4. Is being a camp counselor fun?

5. Any advice for someone wanting to be a camp counselor?


I love kids, I have six nieces and a nephew that I love to be around. I am in college right now to become a pediatric physical therapist.
 
Well to answer in this order 2 you might check with job listings or contact any camps in your area. 3 they can better tell you their requirements,but having a first aid certification is good. knowledge of crafts of some type will help. 1 and 4 sure but remember it is a job as well. you are responsible for others.
