Can somebody recommend a very good, high quality,sharp pair of nail clippers?

And I know this sounds silly but can you make sure the brand you're recommending isn't made in China? I've been burned so many times by crappy nail clippers made in China and it makes me want to avoid all brands of fingernail clippers that are made in China. I'm so sick of the crappy nail clippers that cut at a weird angle instead of cutting straight. And they cut lousy. I think I'd have better luck cutting my fingernails with scissors that have 30 years of rust on them. It's pitiful!

So can somebody really recommend a good/high quality/sharp pair of fingernail clippers? Thanks for any/all replies.
