Can somebody help me with car error codes?

I drive a 1997 Buick LeSabre. My check engine light has been on for about 2 years. Right after it came on I had it checked and was told that it would be much harder than it was worth to find out what was wrong with it, but they don't give you the codes because they don't want you taking the codes and getting it fixed somewhere else. Yesterday a friend of mine checked it and cleared it out. The output at that time was:

"[PCM] P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (History) (Immature)
[PCM] P0108 - Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit High Voltage (SES) (Old) (History) (Current) (Immature)
[PCM] P0121 - TP Sensor Circuit Insufficient Activity (SES) (Old) (History) (Immature)
[PCM] P1106 - Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit Intermittent High Voltage (Old) (History) (Current) (Immature)
[PCM] P1107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit Intermittent Low Voltage (Old) (History) (Immature)

Continuous Tests
Misfire: Complete
Fuel System: Complete
Comprehensive Component: Complete

Once Per Trip Tests
Catalyst: Complete
Heated Catalyst: n/a
Evaporative System: Incomplete
Secondary Air System: n/a
A/C System Refrigerant: n/a
Oxygen Sensor: Complete
Oxygen Sensor Heater: Complete
EGR System: Complete"

Any idea what all that means?

It still runs but seems to idle very rough and if I give consistent gas it sounds like it is struggling to stay running, but if I reduce or increase the gas I am giving it it sounds better for a while, then when I again maintain a consistent pressure on the gas it starts to sound bad again.

Any help would be appreciated.
