Can somebody explain a Net Widening DA to me? (Policy Debate)?

I am a policy debater in Indiana, and cam across a term that I have never heard before. I have made my affirmative case, and my coach gave me a list of frontline responses that I needed to find to possible negative arguments against it. On that list, I was told that I needed to find answers to a NET WIDENING DISADVANTAGE. But I have never heard of it. Could someone, preferably an experienced debater or coach, explain this d.a. to me? Thanks
