Mangers have noticed that the majority of employees are arriving late to work, and leaving early, before their shifts ends. Customers need to receive an appropriate and excellent service, coming late and leaving early, before work finishes, will demean our performance.
Staff need to be on time for work and reveal some alacrity while working, to ensure tremendous assistance for our consumers; therefore, employees have to manage their time appropriately to arrive five minutes before work is due to start. Workers are required to obtain written proof of valid appointments if coming late or leaving early.
Mangers are looking forward to see new policies applied effectively, to enhance the service for customers. Failure to apply new work requirements will lead to suspension of employee for four days. However, repetition of that action shall result in loss of their employment completely.
