AT&T Inc. is a very important firm in the history of telephony and telecommunications in the United States. The company has grown since then and now is the largest provider of mobile telephone service in the US (Chloe, 2011). Despite its success, however, AT&T has been facing challenges for the past twelve months including lawsuits, dissatisfaction with customer service, and growing competition.
