Can some one help me out for adding gmail contacts on Samsung B5722 paringo messenger?

Hi All,

I have purchased a new Samsung B5722 cell and I don't know how add my gmail contacts on palringo messenger which is inbuilt for this handset. Also please let me know if I can install any 3rd party softwares on this handset?
