can some one help me find a new operating system for my imac???please help!!!?

well i have a imac g3 and it has a operating system mac os x version 10.3.9 but the problem is that it does not reconize my ipod and it said that it need version 10.4.8 to reconize it and i could not find it on apple but if some one can find it for me i would just love it
