Can some one explain why me and my mom can destroy electronics just by touching them?

Well the deal is that my mom and I seem to have the power to destroy electronics just by touching them when we are pissed off. An example from my mom would be the time my mom was pissed, turned on a light switch and the light bulb blew up. Just to give you a little more detail it was a new light fixture 3 months old the house is 5 years old, and the light bulb was put in on the same day, and I'm not lying my mom still has the scar from it. some more examples for her is that when she is really mad phones literally die when she holds them, and there are many more examples of this happening to my mom. As for me I have the same problem with phones but I can kill street lights when I walk by them. and they turn back on after I get to a certain distance or I take notice that they turn off. My ability is more unique in that I don't have to be mad to kill electronics, but when I am mad I don't just kill them they either fry or blow up. The best example of how powerful it can be is one night I was running to my friends house because she almost got raped by some one I knew and I was more furious then the devil himself, but as I passed under a street lamp it literally exploded. It blew up and glass and sparks rained down on me! So what I'm wondering is if this power of mine can be scientifically explained, and I am not making a word of this up! P.S. If it's any help my mom lived next to a nuclear power plant when she was growing up
