I carry a lot of fat around my stomach area which I would like to lose I understand you can't spot reduce, my bmi is normal, I went the gym yesterday and I got bored and left because I was not sure what to do, I did some weights 5 min cardio, as you burn calories when you are resting when working you muscles, is this right for what I need to achieve at the moment, my first goal is to get rid of my fat stomach, should I be doing more cardio, I can't afford a personal trainer, can some one give me some advice please, I don't want to be fat this summer...
