i have a palm pre and it getting on my last nerves now. i can see the phone is on but the light not coming on other the light on the KEYBOARD. i have try to call someone but it not working. when i touch the screen it not working either can they fix this problem at the store or should i get a replacement. is there any trouble tooting i can do
