we today went to court ,and were given an interim residence order.to return our grandchild into our care.our solicitors contacted social services, and the social worker said why did you go to court for whats your judges name.why did we take legal advice our solicitor was dumbfounded by her reply.

our grandson was supposed to be returned to us today, but he hasn't we are worried sick social services may try to go to court tomorrow morning to stop our order can they do that ??

our barrister questioned social services solicitor before we went into court and he said social services have no real concern for our grandsons welfare.

If you have a copy of the Residence Order, call the police now. They have the power to go get the child and return him/her to you. Let SS go to Court in the morning and try to overturn the decision - lets hope they get the same magistrate and he tells them to go swing!

Little ones needs and safety are paramount - if you feel the child is in danger, get on the phone NOW.
