can be used in court? Can skype, yahoo IM, other party IM, facebook, sms, twitter, skype phone talks, etc can be used in court?
we use internet and write many stuffs, talk with many ppls and speak out whole about ourselves, personal diaries, facebook, mobile sms, our talks on mobile, phone, ALLLLLLLLLL ELECTRONIC THINGZ as well as anythng written in our books or said to some1 in court or in other place, can all these thingz can be used in court?????????????????????????????/

i googled some stuffs and found that law can search everything which you use

does that means my old grandmom iz correct when she says "my son old is gold"

Im David L. Duff and im an attorney. its late anf i have been consuming a bit but it all depends on circumstances like whos email, when, state, crime, and how they would contribute to your case. The preciding judge will be a factor as well.
