Before you say no and give me a hadith - please read this

if then after you have evidence or reasoning to why it's still ultimately impermissble please provide
but is it okay to shake hands with people you have no fear of desire w/
for eg. strangers and employers etc - no way
but let's say cousins you grew up with..who you'd NEVER marry..and they aint even Muslim to consider your marry-able
