can sex be dangerous?

Hi, i am currently ttc, and am 11dpo, which if i was sucesfull this month will put me around implantation time. I was wondering if at this point sex could be dangerous or damaging at all, i realise this may sound like a stupid question, but im trying to be so careful with myself this week, but never thought if sex may affect my chances of a sucesfull implantation. Thankyou
 
I asked my doctor about this last month, she said that as long as you arent having sex with random people (risk of disease) and youre not having sex in dangerous places that there is no danger of having intercourse in the 2 week wait or at any time during pregnancy (unless it becomes painful)
