can semen affect test results?

hi all, hope everyone is well!

does anyone know if semen can affect the results of a ovulation test? could it make it positive, i had 2 positive opk tests saturday afternoon and sunday afternoon and i had sex friday night and sunday morning.
So i am just wondering if having semen in me can change the result?
