There was an electricity issue with some of my neighbours which resulted in Scottish & Southern Energy coming and digging in front of my house ( just outside my garden ) when i went out i came home later to find holes all over one side of my garden i have chuckies small stones in my garden, the mess they've made is shocking can i do anything about this or do they have the right to do so without asking permission.
