Someone PLEASE help me! I owe my university money for this semester, but they won't let me sign up for classes for next semester until this semester is paid for. Do you know if scholarships for the upcoming fall semester, like once you win them, can they pay off your outstanding school balance too?
Can scholarships for next semester pay for scholarships for this semester?
