Can river otters be taught to eat frozen craw fish?

There is an otter my neighbor has and wants to give to me since I have a 1acre fenced area with a pond/ trees, and no predators can get inside. Before I take on this responsiblity I would like to know if I could feed it frozen craw fish, it would have plenty of fish to catch in the pond.

P.S. this otter was raised in captivity and has an injury so it could'nt be released
