im 14, around 5 3 at 156 pounds..i tend to look a bit chubby. I'm a very picky eater; i really only eat chicken. Can i lose weight biking and eating grilled chicken? I'll also be running because I'm getting back into soccer this year ( i stopped soccer and biking last year and gained a lot!) so will it work? I heard eating small, healthy meals throughout the day is better than 3... im home-schooled so i can grill chicken anytime
p.s. I am getting into BMXing so i wont miss biking almost at all!
